Terms and Conditions of the MoneyDo Promotional Campaign
Cityscape Global 2025 Exhibition

Issued by: MoneyDo Arabia Limited Company Licensed by the Capital Market Authority to practice the experimental fintech activity for operating an Investment Fund and Real Estate Investment Fund Distribution Platform.

1. Introduction

MoneyDo Arabia Limited Company is pleased to announce the launch of a promotional campaign in conjunction with the Cityscape Global 2025 Exhibition, scheduled to be held in Riyadh during the period from 17 to 20 November 2025.

This document aims to clarify the terms and conditions related to the promotional campaign titled: "Register during the Cityscape Global 2025 Exhibition and receive a MoneyDo 0% fee coupon" (referred to hereinafter as "the Campaign")

Participants are kindly requested to read these terms and conditions carefully, as registration in the Campaign constitutes full acceptance of them.

2. Campaign Overview

The Campaign offers an incentive to every person who registers in the official MoneyDo waiting list during the period from 17 to 20 November 2025.

Each eligible participant will receive:

  • A coupon granting them 0% MoneyDo fees on their first investment project
  • The coupon will be sent to the registered email address before the launch of the platform
  • The exemption applies only to MoneyDo's service fee, and does not include any other fees

"The Campaign aims to introduce visitors to the platform and encourage early registration, through providing a non-investment promotional incentive to users before the official launch."

3. Campaign Period

The Campaign will operate as follows:

Start: 17 November 2025 at 09:00 AM (Saudi time)

End: 20 November 2025 at 11:59 PM (Saudi time)

MoneyDo reserves the right to extend or shorten the campaign duration without prior notice.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the Campaign, individuals must meet the following conditions:

  • The participant must be 18 years or older at the time of registration
  • Registration must be done only through the official MoneyDo website via the designated waiting list form
  • Submission of accurate and complete information including:
    • Full name
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
  • The participant must meet the relevant regulatory registration requirements for using the MoneyDo platform
  • Completion of the full registration process and verification of customer information

Important notes regarding eligibility:

  • Registration must be done at the MoneyDo booth inside the Cityscape Exhibition via QR code or direct website link
  • Only one registration per person is allowed; any duplicates will be deleted
  • Eligibility for the coupon requires registration during the defined period only

5. Offer Details

Eligible participants will receive:

A coupon granting 0% MoneyDo service fees on the first investment opportunity

Additional conditions:

  • The coupon will only be activated after the official launch of the MoneyDo platform and completion of registration and customer verification
  • The coupon covers only the MoneyDo service fee, and does not include any other third-party fees
  • The coupon is valid for one-time use only and applies to the first investment opportunity offered on the platform
  • The coupon automatically expires upon completion or closure of the first investment project
  • The coupon will be sent to the registered email address before the platform launch

6. Registration Confirmation and Coupon Activation

  • Eligible users will receive a confirmation message via email or SMS after registering during the campaign period
  • The coupon will then be sent to the same email before the official launch of the platform
  • The coupon cannot be activated until the full registration process and identity verification are completed
  • The coupon will be applied automatically to the first eligible investment transaction within the first project
  • MoneyDo reserves the right to verify the participant's identity and registration details before applying the exemption

7. Limitations and Exclusions

  • The Campaign is available only to participants who complete their registration during the period from 17 to 20 November 2025
  • MoneyDo reserves the right to reject any suspicious, duplicate, or non-compliant registration
  • The coupon cannot be combined with any other promotional offers
  • MoneyDo has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or the coupon as it deems appropriate

8. Data Protection and Privacy

MoneyDo Arabia Limited Company is committed to protecting participant data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and applicable regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

8.1 Data Collected

MoneyDo collects only the following information from participants:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile number

No financial, identity, or sensitive personal data is collected at this stage.

8.2 Purpose of Data Collection

Participant data is used only for the following purposes:

  • Sending updates and notifications regarding MoneyDo, the platform launch, and relevant promotional offers
  • Informing participants of their eligibility for this Campaign and receiving the coupon
  • Future communication regarding registration processes after the official launch, if the participant wishes
  • Analytical and statistical purposes to improve marketing effectiveness (in anonymous or aggregated form)

MoneyDo does not sell or share participant data with any third party for commercial purposes.

8.3 No Investment or Financial Promotion Activity

Data collected during this Campaign:

  • Is not used to offer or promote investment products
  • Does not constitute an investment offer or financial advice
  • Is separate from any registration or verification procedures regulated by the Capital Market Authority
  • Is not used to create or amend any investment profile

This is to ensure full compliance with the CMA's rules on marketing, suitability, and registration.

8.4 Data Sharing

MoneyDo may share participant data only with:

  • Approved external service providers to perform the purposes specified in this Campaign, in accordance with confidentiality and data protection agreements
  • Official and regulatory authorities upon request in accordance with applicable laws

MoneyDo confirms that no data will be shared with any other party for unauthorized purposes, and all parties handling the data are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations under applicable laws.

8.5 Participant Rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, participants have the right to:

  • Request access to their personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of their data (which may result in loss of eligibility for the Campaign)

These rights can be exercised through direct communication with MoneyDo.

8.6 Data Retention Period

Data will be retained throughout:

  • The Campaign period
  • The period required until the platform launch
  • Any subsequent period required for marketing communications

Data will be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, unless the law requires otherwise.

8.7 Regulatory Clarifications and Compliance Responsibilities

MoneyDo bears no responsibility for:

  • Delays caused by external service providers
  • Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the participant
  • Any regulatory updates that may affect the mechanism of Campaign implementation

MoneyDo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the Campaign in a manner that ensures continuous compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Disclaimer

  • MoneyDo bears no liability for technical issues, malfunctions, connection interruptions, or any delays caused by user devices or internet service providers
  • MoneyDo provides no guarantees regarding the performance or outcomes of investments, whether directly or indirectly
  • Participation in this Campaign does not constitute an investment offer, recommendation, or advice
  • All investments inherently involve risks, and users must review fund documents and risk disclosures before making any investment decision

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its relevant regulations.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Campaign fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts and judicial bodies within the Kingdom.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Campaign, the participant acknowledges the following:

  • Their full understanding and acceptance of all terms and conditions herein
  • That the conditions relating to eligibility and coupon application are final and binding
